Project Lead

Full Time Role

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES

The Project Lead will work directly with the Head of Production to serve as a project leader and key client contact. You will be responsible for timely and cost effective project management and delivery across a range of Nova engagements.

Working with Nova’s internal and vendor team of writers, facilitators, designers, and other stakeholders to bring our programs to life. You will schedule the internal meetings, maintain the agendas, and keep track of project milestones across all the moving pieces of a project.

  • The ability to consistently hold yourself accountable to centering the experiences and perspectives of historically marginalized identities in corporate spaces in all dialogues and deliverables designed to enhance their workplace experience
  • Serving as the main point of contact for our clients, helping guide them through the project process specifically as it relates to logistics, milestones and deliverables such as:
    • Workshops/Learning Programs
    • Ongoing Consulting Engagements
    • Compass implementation and delivery
  • Collaborating with the Strategy Lead on any given project to stay aligned on project goals, milestones and progress.
  • Working with internal and external stakeholders to:
    • Schedule/check availability for consultants/designers
    • Create and track detailed travel documentation/technical logistics
    • Manage invoices and real-time cost tracking
    • Respond with a sense of urgency to clients and vendors
  • Lead point of contact on specified client engagements and relationships
  • Ad hoc responsibilities as needed

Salary/Benefits:

  • Salary Range: $65,000/year
  • 401K employer match up to 3%
