Demand Gen Manager

Full Time Role

Do you bring a strong background in Inbound/Outbound marketing tactics, such as:

  • Lead Generation
  • Lead Nurturing
  • Events
  • SEO
  • Social Media
  • Landing Page Conversion Testing
  • Online Advertising
  • Email Marketing

We are looking for robust core knowledge of these principles, but not necessarily super-expertise.  Please do apply even if you only feel you meet part of those qualifications. We’re much more interested in building on your strong foundation of inbound/outbound marketing, not ticking boxes on a form.

We are looking for someone who can collaborate well, but also self-direct when needed.  Who is organized, open to feedback and can meet deadlines. If you end up working with us in this role, you’ll be responsible for growing our pipeline and increasing our qualified leads.

You’ll report directly to our Head of Sales, as well as collaborating with our teams (internal and external) to make sure you’ve got everything you need to thrive and produce great results.

  • Salary:  $60,000
  • 401K employer match up to 3%
  • Health Insurance paid in full by Nova – full family coverage
